Polish-Irish Historical Studies
Dr Kucharski is a historian with a PhD from the Institute of History at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. His research focuses on Polish-Irish relations, particularly – but not exclusively – during the nineteenth century. A past recipient of the prestigious Lanckoroński Foundation research scholarship in London, he also co-organised a series of international conferences on Polish-Irish history between 2015 and 2018.
He is the founder, creator, and editor of Polish-Irish Historical Studies.
A member of the Polish Association for Irish Studies (PAIS), he also serves on the committee of the Irish Polish Society in Dublin.
